Typical GoDebt. If you offered some sort of payment I doubt they will take you to court. My immediate advice is go straight to the CAB who will handle your debt. Then report GoDebt to the OFT. They seem to be breaking all the laws of how a debt collector agency should behave. I will be starting another forum soon regarding how these agencies should act. Just bear with me until I have all my info. From what I've seen so far GoDebt are not playing the game. |
