Did I mention that the two burly men who waited outside my house at 07.15 hours on 7th Sept 2004 did in fact repo the car, what else could have I have done, they looked intimidating. Go debt stipulates that I owe them £5,740.65, most of this is the insurances YCC said I had to have. The car actually only cost £4,400 which was a lot for a R reg escort two years ago. I already paid over £2,600 towards the car before they repossed the car. I've been to the CAB and solicitor. Go debt told my solicitor YCC had a legal right to reposess,but the agreement with direct auto finance says different. |
