Unregistered	One other thing.... Edwards Geldard is the solicitors acting on behalf on Go Debt against me. Anyway - Yesterday I was not allowed to speak to a manager at all - it was either pay the Ł2000 or we freeze your salary and list your property. not even possible to negotiate ANY instalment terms. Well this morning armed with knowledge from the OFT, I called again quoted several paragraphs from the OFT Guidlines for Debt Collecting, guess what, I was transfered to a manager within seconds, and suddenly the tune changed. Wel now suddenly I dont have to settle the full amount and I am able to negotiate instalments. I have also been promised (for what thats worth) that the Statutory Demand wont be issued "as we are negotiating". Well I have send a massive complaint to the OFT and will see the CAB as soon as I can. All I can say boys and girls - DO NOT LET THEM WIN and continue operating the way they do. Consumers have rigths and they have to stick to it.
