 These are the bankruptcy papers that Dean sent us today. We have recommended he consults the CAB or a solicitor straight away.

Loan Secured on your car not your home ??? Whilst we understand that it's not secured to your home, but what's the difference. When you are made bankrupt the first asset to go is your home.
