Emails from YCC Staff Yes advertises 'offers' of cash back and free road tax. Yes staff at head office and in the branches are trained to offer cash back and free road tax to entice customers to come in. Roughly, less than 1 in 32 customers gets the offers ! It's worse than misleading advertising. THE COMPANY HAS NO CRITERIA THAT OFFERS ARE BASED ON. The manager , refered to as the pen-man, gives offers soley based on profit and aging stock. The process of taking away an offer is called Dealing-Out-Of and every new sales person is trained on how to do it Customers are told they do not qualify for offers because he Pen-Man needs to hit his profit targets. Most customers come in believing that they qualify for the offers and the overwhelming majority do not get them. Lies, Unethical. |
