Emails from YCC STAFF It's not just the customer's There are many Yes Car Credit staff spread out across the UK who are having problems with their employer. I'm sure that that does not come to you as a suprise to you. The problem is that Yes Car Credit practises the art of "divide and conquer" Separately, the voices at each branch are very quiet, but combined, the poorly treated staff may have a chance at being listened to , as opposed to ignored. Yes Car Credit is very aggressive towards staff who have legitimate complaints. Agressive to the point where it is probably victemisiation but people need to pay their bills and put food on the table, thus they don't speak up. Intimidation-- the stategy works well for the company. Imagine being a potential customer of Yes Car Credit,going onto "saynotoyescarcredit" website,finding out that the staff are complaining about having to treat the customers ' unethically. Complaining about false advertising, deception, violating regulations on the scale of finance products and insurance products. Complaining about the sharp practice. The company has been cutting commisions for months now and the staff are getting fed up . It is one thing when you get paid well by a crap company, it is a whole other thing when you are paid crap by a crap company!. |
