Name Change Boost for Top Law Firm
Leading commercial law firm Edwards Geldard has unveiled a double name change - marking the launch of a new expansion drive.
The firm has not only officially taken the wraps off a new corporate identity which introduces a shortened name of Geldards but also it has moved to Limited Liability Partnership status - adding LLP to it's title.
Senior Partner, Rod Thurman explained: "The change to LLP reflects a trend which many leading professional services businesses have been making. Whilst it will not in any way affect the levels of service we offer to our clients, it does provide us with a new legal structure against which we can develop our plans for the future.
"The firm's growth over the last decade has been spectacular. We are in no way complacent however and we are keen to develop what is clearly a hugely successful working formula with our clients and continue our expansion."
Only two weeks ago, the firm opened the doors of a new £4million office in Nottingham and Mr Thurman added: " In both Wales and the East Midlands we see thriving, go-ahead business communities which require an innovative, 'can-do' approach to legal services - that's a requirement we aim to meet."
He said the LLP move had also provided an excellent opportunity to simplify the firm's name. "Many of our clients often referred to us simply as Geldards anyway, so we decided to make it official!
"Alongside these changes we've created a new brand identity which not only modernises our corporate image but also, more importantly, seeks to underpin the values on which we base our approach to business.
"First and foremost we're there to provide our clients with high-quality legal advice which helps them grow their businesses. We like to be known as professional, friendly and accessible and we believe our new brand highlights these features."
all at the expense of the good old british citizen bullied into credit deals the queen couldnt afford to repay by bully boy tactics . then go debt and all its named brothers and sisters wait in the wings to help build a succesfull company out of other peoples misery. where the achievement in that, anyone can be a bully. its standing up to them and companys like them thats worth the praise that only a company like theirs can bragg about having . may they slowly sink into the swamp of mire they have created.the more you take from the poor the less they have to give. its the bottom 10% poorest keeping the richest 10% rich by paying massive intrest charges . it cant go on for ever.

Standing up against bullies is what this site is not afraid of doing. This site started of with a few disgruntled YCC customers who thought they did not have a leg to stand on. Now look where we are: -
a. We have over 200 users and growing each day. b. 160,000 visitors and expanding faster each day. c. Associations with respectable agencies such as the Citizens Advice Bureau. d. Been approached and assisted high profile oganisations such as media TV. e. Given confidence to the victimised YCC customer against the likes of YCC and Godebt.
But what have we achieved: -
a. We are now standing on both of our legs fighting back. You are testimony to that. b. We are not being bullied now by the likes of YCC and GoDebt. Charlie MacDonald has gone into hiding and the great Geldard/Edward, HollisBriggs are withdrawing a number of statutory demands.
Anyone against us had better learn to respect us. Them that ignore us do so at their own peril.
