Casper Thank you for your post. If you feel that you were made to take out the insurance product/s or that you have not received something that you were promised or entitled to then you need some advice. I would suggest either the CAB or a Solicitor who specialises is Consumer Credit. I cannot advise you on this - nor would I want to express a personal opinion. Whether or not an agreement is enforceable is always of concern to a collection agency or a Solicitor trying to collect on the debt. Typically agreements between the buyer and the seller of the debt cover off this point if it is found that a particular agreement is unenforceable for any reason. Regards William Rhodes |
