Review of Debt collection guidance

The OFT is undertaking a formal compliance review of its 'Debt collection guidance'. As part of our review, we are contacting free and independent advice agencies and trading standards services to seek views on compliance with the guidance.

If you would like to give your views then please complete and return the appropriate questionnaire below. The deadline for responses is 12 September 2005.
