Russ, It looks to me that you have been mis-sold the insurances. You need legal advice on this so what you need to do is make an appointment with your local CAB. Take all your paperwork with you an ask to see their In-House Debt advisor regarding YCC. From there they will contact their Specialist Advisors who are well rehearsed against YCC. They will then inform you if you have a case. There are a number of our users who have gone down this route with success. It is worth you going there. Good luck and keep us informed. |
