My personal opinion is that it is a shame when our users have to use such a service due to dealing with YCC/Godebt or any other DCA. Our advice is simple, before dealing with any debt collecting agency because of a YCC contract visit your local CAB to see if the debt can be contested. There are several legal arguments against YCC contracts making there way around the law circles and the CAB are the guys taking the fight to them. They will be able to tell you if you have a case. Hopefully you will not be needing to contact the National Debt Line.
