Just had an extremely rude woman (Rachel) on the phone, while I was at work , and she claims that because I signed the agreement to say I was happy to drive the car away, anything that happened after that 'was not DAFS problem'. Seriously. I'll scan a copy of the letter tomorrow. I'm utterly fuming here.
