Subject returning car to yes car! Message My partner and myself got a car from ycc 2 years ago and have just tried to end the agreement. they now tell us that even though we have paid enough for the car, we must pay for 2 further yrs gap insurance which we were never told was optional but were told that we have to have in order to have the car in the first place. they are also trying to charge us £80 to collect the car after we offered to take the car to them and they told us that was not needed as it couldnt be returned to where we got it due to the company closing. Please can you help us, we dont have the sort of money that they expect us to pay.. |
