Most CAB should be able to give some advice on the agreements so that you have more infromation with which to forward your case. Some CAB can take on casework and actually do the work for you, but not all. All of them should be able to advise you on a suitable solicitor or other consumer credit advice service if they can't take the matter on for you but you still want somebody to do it.
