mr rhodes, if someone gave false information when applying for credit, even if that credit was granted, does it make the agreement void? or is it the case that fraud has been commited? i know you may be a bit wary in answering this question, but as a matter of interest i would be grateful if you could give an answer. thankyou.

No the agreement is not always "void" - although there are circumstances when it could be.

For those instances the person concerned really needs to take thier own legal advice.
