well done and hopefully all of us with grievences will be given a satisfactory resolution I paid em nearly 5k in 2yrs for a car worth approx 3 1/2k, so even if everyone manages to get the remainder written off they will have still made a tidy sum considering how many cars they sold overall especially as they would probably have sold mine on for another £1000+ |
