we are all in a similar boat CB and I have stated on a few occasions that this should be dealt with by a higher authority, not disgruntled customers who actually give a toss and put up a fight unfortunately everything is still up in the air with YCC for a lot of people, I am actually awaiting a loan for doing up my house and have aportioned some just to pay these buggers off if needs be as i cba with em ringing me, letters etc etc visit your local CAB and read all the posts in the main YCC forum on here and you will have a better idea as to what to say when you goto the CAB good luck and chin up smile |
