i think this company brighthouse is in the same league as yes car credit, provident, i would not be suprised if they are owned by the same company, they do the optional insurances, in the same way as yes car credit, if you say no to them you will just not get the item you want. these companies are exploiting the customer, and it is about time the customers stood up and fought back, and let them know we have rights, and not just the right to make them money,as so many seem to think. |
