As far as Kensington are concerned, I have had a similar experience to you. I have written to them to ask them to justify the Ł50 arrears fee. They wrote back trying to explain why it is charged, but their reply was very ambiguous. I also asked for them to breakdown the Ł50 charge, but as yet they have ignored the letter. I am writing a follow up letter tomorrow. May I suggest you do the same. If they get more queries, it might make them realise that these fees cannot be justified, Will let you know how I get on. Buzz wink If you are following the advice of the action group in sending out these Prem letters, let me know what response you get back from Kensington. My friend is having a nightmare with this outfit at the moment. I may get him to follow the advice of the action group if you get a positive result back from them wink
