Posts: 37 Group: Members Member #459 Joined: July 4, 2006	Is the conditional sale agreement binding if ycc have not signed it ,they did not sign it to say they had witnessed us signing it and they did not sign it saying they were signing it on behalf of direct auto finance.They just wanted us out of the office because i was pushing them for service history on the car that they said they would post and never did
