As far as Kensington are concerned, I have had a similar experience to you. I have written to them to ask them to justify the Ł50 arrears fee. They wrote back trying to explain why it is charged, but their reply was very ambiguous. I also asked for them to breakdown the Ł50 charge, but as yet they have ignored the letter. I am writing a follow up letter tomorrow. May I suggest you do the same. If they get more queries, it might make them realise that these fees cannot be justified, Will let you know how I get on. Buzz wink Buzz, have you had any news back from this outfit. Are you following the advice from Bank Action Group in reclaiming charges?
