Unregistered	Hi I am so sorry you are having problems, I am being charged Ł50 every month because I am behind on my secured loan, why I took it out I do not know how stuppid of me..I have a suspended order by them over my property. they will not even change the repayment date on the loan to come out on my pay day to help us!!!!.... But I am trying to emigrate to Australia and when I have sold my house I am going to start proccedings to recover every penny!!!!!! I have found the following forum that brought me to this site very good http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/ They helped me recover unfair bank charges totalling Ł5,000 from Nationwide so I am just waiting to take them to court!!!!
