Hi welcome to our forum. A similar contact to YCC I would imagine. Before Provident bought YCC many finance deals that Yes did were on Welcome Finance paper too. There are no conditions that you must buy a warranty with Welcome, this would have been the car dealer wanting to make his bit of commission, so if you were told that the warranty is a must to obtain the finance, you may well have a case, very similar to YCC cases! The car dealer has no obligations as far as your car is now concerned, the contract is between you and Welcome, Im sure that the dealer has made you aware of that one!
