sorry to hear of your troubles with Kensington We got a right to buy mortgage with Southern Pacific Mortgages Limited and they only charge 1% above base rate , they supply mortgages for people wiith poor credit history and right to buys. we have had no problems with them and when you ring them you always get a helpful person who answers . they ring you back when they say they will and even give you plenty of notice when the base rate changes. we would recommend them |
