hi im new but heres my story (please dont cry) i got a car from ycc and was told that i had to have the many insurances as i would not be able to get the finances without them. my wife is very ill and i desperatly needed a car to get her to the hospital so i took them out. bad mistake. i have heard that they arnt allowed to force them upon you and what ive read here sort of aggrees with that. im prepaired to try to force them to back down by pushing my case through the small claims court it will be under 5000 so ive not got anything to loose. can any one supply me with some ammo to throw at them to justy my case? thanks buck |
