Buck Rogers, welcome to our forum. This is perhaps the hottest topic we have against YCC. We all claim that we were told to take the insurances else no car etc. The YCC big bods such as Steve Plowman claim this never happened. How do they know they were not there. They know it went on, we definately know but how do we prove it. Perhaps we can, soon, who knows. wink Unfortunately at present we are having to go down the missold avenue. There are a number of reasons you can use to say you have been missold. The one carrying the biggest ammo would be if you were self employed at the time. The PPI would then be invalid so you would have a good case. Personally I would seek legal advice on this either via your local CAB or Stephensons solicitors. See our banner for details.
