yes i would speak to stephensons because you may be entitled to legal aid and then they can take on your case if they think you have one. can i suggest emailing them with your whole story regarding YES and then they can say if they can help. I would suggest seeking advice before you decide whether or not too take them through the small claims court as if you lost you would end up being left with all their costs as well and it will not come cheap
