Hi I purchased by vehicle just over a year ago i was bullied into taking out waranties for my vehicle. a number of things have gone wrong with the car which are not covered by the waranty. i have asked to cancel these and they have only wrote back stating that if i cancel i will not get a refund. i wrote back to ask what they meant by refund and they have not replied since. i am getting to the stage where i can not afford to keep paying for these waranties due to repairs on my car and i have got into arrears with them. I offered to pay £50 a month extra to clear my arrears but they refused saying i need to pay £150 a month for 3 months extra totaling a payment of £350 a month which i can not afford. Please Help |
