I have just spoken to them, and I remembered that I was told I couldnt have the Finance in I didnt take the PPI and that when I went to clain against the Mechanical Breakdown Cover I was told I wasnt covered because of the age of the car and wear and tear, They said that I would need to prove to them that the car had these faults before it was sold to me, I informed them that the day after I took the car I had called them because of the problems that where reported to me by my local garage, and that the list of repairs they carried out indicated that the car was not fit for sale. They have told me they will do an internal investigation into the sale of the PPI and the Breakdown cover and get back to me in 2-8 weeks. I can then decide on my options. What do you think I should do next Max |
