Depotman, This is something I would like you to have your solicitor consider. To make someone bankrupt there are criterias, one of those criteria is that the debt is owed. Thats means the person without any doubt owes the debt. No ifs or buts. I'm taking its Godebt wanting to make you bankrupt. Over the last year they have "set aside" a number of SD's mainly because of these legal arguments we go on about. They know about these arguments and because of that they should not be issuing SD's. From this you can assume that the agreement is possible unenforceable, therefore bringing in the doubts about the debts being owed. Godebt know about this and so does William Rhodes. If this is the case they should not be issuing SD's. Worth asking your solicitor. |
