Regarding the loan agreement you need to put in a CCA request. This costs a statutory £1. We dont have a template for this as we usually get users to do a SAR (DPA) request which covers everything that YCC hold of you. One thing we cannot knock YCC for is the fact that they do produce loan agreements. Not alot of a chance then loosing that. Interesting question though about paying your PPI while requesting the loan agreement. I would recommend you carry on paying your instalments, even the PPI. Do not give them the chance to repossess your car, you will find you will have a bigger fight on your hand. Keep us informed. thums |
