WELL I havent paid anything for two years so still owe 2 years worth of payments. I got the ccj to prove it I refuse to pay for a car i can not drive and that would cost more to repair than the value of the car had to buy a replacment car for work and could not afford both so defaulted on the first car. This was done after my first request for the volentry  forms as i assumed it would all be dealt with as per agrement with welcome, the finance company for the second car checked with welcome as they wouldnt give credit on a car when i still had outstanding credit on another car, they was told by welcome that i had requested volentry havent heard from them for over 18 months , it was two years to the day i bought the car i first requested the car to be taken away under the volentry rightsAlso forgot to add in first post that i tried to reject the car at 5 months as it was allways breaking down and had several faults develop, i think in 5 months it had spent about 10 -14 weeks in a garage for repairs , they told me i could not reject the car as not fit for the purpose it was sold as i have had it too long Tim |
