I went with yes loans, same story. Quoted the loan APR, repayments and everything, really thought for sure we had the loan, untill i thought i would check it out. I found this website and started to panic! I had sent my £49.50 why wouldnt i when they quoted all that information, they made it sound like the loan was already set up. I didnt bother looking anywhere else. Two weeks later they inform us that they cant really find us alone but they are able to offer counselling. Cheek! Well my husband got straight in touch with the local trading standards office. They can not do much, but they can lodge a complaint. If everyone did this who found themselves looking at these reviews in anger eventually they will be taken notice off and eventually they will be made to stop.I was incredibaly angry that yet again I had come across a company that take advantage of people in a bad credit situation. Yes I have bad credit, I made mistake along with half the population. But we have been working hard at paying off our debts and keeping our finances in check for a few years. Now with all the massive foot prints that Yes loans have left all over my credit file I am unable to even get secured car credit. If you are considering taking out a loan dont bother with yes loans. there are plenty of other companys that will help you. If your really stuck, get in touch with CCCS they are brilliant and have been helping me for the last 3 years, better still they dont charge you, friendly, non judging and take care of it all for you. If you have been touched by yes loans and are just as angry as me, get in touch with trading standards. The more complaints they have the more they will take notice. They shouldnt be allowed to get away with it.
