Buzz You do realise that you can claim compensation from Pipex through Offcom these are the people who regulate the UK communications industry. We had similar issues with BT, were our landline was cut off for no reason, due to us getting the new broadband phone through them. You can claim penalties like, so much for every day you did not have service, and also if you have been put in financial difficulties through their error. We got somewhere in the region of £700 for no phone for 63 days, well worth a shot, even if it's just to cause pipex a lot of trouble. Lee |
