Thanks for that Lee. Will definitely follow it up. Been thinking aswell.. I only started with them about 6 months ago on a 12month contract, so in effect I would have had to compensate them till the end of this if I had wanted out. By them doing what they have, I think they must be in breach of the same contract. Because BT have had to reinstall the line, I am now contracted to them for 3 months, ( condition of line reinstatement - they can have you by the balls) so I can say that because pipex have put me in this position, i am prevented from using a cheaper company so there is that loss to me aswell. Wondering also if I am entitled to a full refund of all my previous bills as they have failed to fulfil the contract to me. Buzz |
