Hi Wipeout, welcome to our forum. Regarding the charges there are plenty of people reclaiming these. I have heard of Welcome cancelling the PPI but only to keep the instalments the same. So you end up paying the same but loose the PPI.  The Welcome contract is well know as a "swiss cheese" agreement. That is there is enough holes in it to make it unenforceable. If you scan your contract to us at Agreement-check@saynotoyes.co.uk we will get our experts to have a look at it for its validity. Until we see the contract we will be able to then advise. In the meantime do go to the CAB and please let us know what they say. We do know they have specialists for YCC but not sure about Welcome. |
