Hi, I have been on to Trading Standards who are currently looking in to this, I have called Cattles Plc and put in a complaint who said "someone will call you back within 24 hours" replied by saying this is a disgrace. No employee at Welocme Car Finance or Cattles can give me the number of the Regional Manager therefore I am now stuck once again. Called Welcome Car Finance in Warrington who have advised me to take the car back and trade it in and roll over the finance on to another car, I don't think this is right as they have supplied a car to me which is constantly faulty why should I pay anymore money for this car? I don't have any way of speaking to someone with Authority at Welcome Car Finance. Thanks |
