Hi, I have spoken to the Manager of the garage today who has informed me he has spoken to the Regional Manager who is not prepared to exchange the vehicle as it can be repaired under warranty as I had to pay extra at the start of my agreement for Warranty for the 42 months. What is the situation if i just stop making payment to make them realise i am not prepared to have a faulty car from them, or to take the car back to the garage and leave ot there? Any advice would be helpful as I am now at the end of my tether with this company. |
