I have had the same problem offered £1000 + part ex and £350 cash back, over £1000 has gone missing i never got the £350 and only got £300 part ex for a car worth £1800 my local trading standards have take on the case. I singed forms for them to approach approved car finance after 3 months of getting no were. Approved car finance said they want to deal with there local trading standards office over my complaint do you have at information any think on approved car finance that may help kind. Group action I have been ripped off by Approved Car Finance these companies like Yes Car Credit pray on people on low incomes you can win against these big companies if everyone stands to gather by writing to there MP's and other top ministers also get the big newspaper to run stories. Contact the TV like Watchdog, if all members and people with complaints all write at the same time then MP's will look in to these and may bring in safeguards what do you think? Les |
