Unregistered	Hi I qued for 2 hours in zero degrees temperature outside Walthamstow cab only to be told they don’t deal with consumer problems and didn’t have a special file on yes car and I should take my case to trading standards. A complete waste of my time and a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Are you sure cab is with us on this?
