 and GREAT SITE!!!I Bought a ca in 2003 for 9995 from Welcome. I have paid monthly payments of approx 9000k I would like to hand the car back but they say because of arrears to the value of 3000k approx I can't? My agreement states that I only had to pay 7500k and could hand back the goods. I am curently disputing this with them plus the 1000k in FEES that I have only just found (2 statements in 3 years, both at my request) I am prepared to go to court over this...do you think I have a case? many thanks Ian |
