Hi Jenni I am paying them now and have been for at least 10 months. I have written to them to ask that it be put into dispute until it can be resolved. The original arrears came from a period of redundancy. unfortunately I didn't have protection. The entire agreement comes to 15k. There is no mention on the original contract regarding voiding the ability to hand the car back...I understand it to be a right under the consumer credit act regardless if you have arrears....providing you have paid at least half of the agreement? |
