I am having a real battle with Yes at the mo. Trying to reclaim charges with no joy just letter backwards and forward giving chance after chance, but now im about to file for court with moneyclaimOnline so i will keep you informed on both courts. Just waiting for my Bank refund of about Ł3000 before i proceed. Will be nice to have that ion the bank to take time of work to really follow my cases against them with full attention. regards Mark
