They also send people out to take photos of your house so make sure your mantle piece has been polished as they would have no hesitation in sticking the camera through your window to check out your valuables. You will know if you have been a victim of this practice though as they kindly send you the picture to confirm they know the make of your VCR so you had better pay up soon! We're planning on getting our own back on this company in a perfectly appropriate and befitting manner if anyone is interested ! if so check the message board for debt collection agencies.
