Hi Jonathan, Welcome to saynotoyes. Firstly, regarding your friends car from welcome. You say that the 125 check wasn't done. When did he realise this? Did he break down/ have repairs, etc within a short time of taking delivery. If so, did you keep any receipts and was this reported to welcome? I assume the car was repossessed or did he return it to them voluntarily? You say he also has a couple of other debts with other companies. Were these for cars or are they unrelated? Buzz. |
