You have a classic case of being miss sold PPI abnd I believe we can reclaim it back. Also I believe because of this that your contract could be unenforceable. May I suggest you send a SARN to YCC and Godebt. You need to gather all the paperwork they have on you. They have 40 days to do this. I do know of a case where someone like yourself has been successful in reclaiming PPI. In the menatime I am goingot seek some advice regarding the best way to go. Message for Mr Rhodes. Please fulfil your obligation if this user requests a DPA. If you dont I will personally take it in my hand and ensure the appropriate authourities get to know this which will cost your company dearly.
