One of the avenues you need to go down is to report Godebt to the OFT. Although the OFT have not been as useful as we would have hoped this avenue still needs to be taken. You never know your complaint might just make them do something. You need to reprot Godebt for the behaviour of their staff. The examples you give is exactly against the OFT guidelines for conducting business in a DCA. Please could you let us know what your story is regarding YCC before Godebt got involved. Did your husband take out the insurances etc etc. Look forward to hearing from you.
