I have had dealings with with poorly run company and Mr Rhodes, he's a vile sneaky underhand person that will appear all friendly and helpful to your face then get one of his clownish trained monkeys to do what he hasn't the guts to do. Complaining to them gets you nowhere with godebt so i'd suggest a coomplaint to the OFT and any other company you feel relevant to expose the way this company operates. I'd also suggest you speak to Stephensons regarding the monies they are chasing as it is highly likely most of it is made up of unenforceable charges such as payment protects insurance.
