Report all the abuse and contraventions of the CCA DPA etc. They have experience of closing debt collectors down who do not comply. Remember the OFT have the power to rescind their Consumer credit Licence which would make it illegal for them to trade as debt collectors at all. This would force Go debt into closure. You will need hard evidence of what they are doing or witnesses. If they continue to get heavy and abusive ask them for their CCL number this may make them worry and soften their tone to you. Also explain to them you know the limits of their powers and that making statements like"do not make an enemy of us" maybe an implied serious threat bordering on criminal activity. Good luck.
