Posts: 67 Group: Silver Member Member #1,039 Joined: February 15, 2007	I have just spoken with a friend who works in the financial intelligence sector in London and have been informed that formal complaints are about to be made against Go Debt and the directors William Rhodes and Fay Sims. The DTI and OFT are now being contacted with a view to an investigation of the practices of this company in respect of breaches of CCA guidelines, illegal intimidation and harassement at all levels. Files are about to be supplied to the authorities and the police in London and Cardiff. He was very cagey on what format this investigation is to take,but said certain employees are also to be named in the action. Clearly Mr Rhodes and Fay Sims will have an opportunity to defend these claims formally as the initial investigation is with a view to termination of the consumer credit Licence which will of course mean they are unable to trade on as debt collectors. In the meantime If I hear any further news I will let you know. At present Mr Rhodes and Fay Sims are unaware of the actions about to take place but they will be hearing shortly from the authorites once the investigative agents have finished their work and feel there is a case to answer.
